Roll-forms
To manufacture our metal profiles, we use so-called roll-forms. In this process, metal is transformed into a profile. An important feature is that we are able to produce large amounts in a relatively short period. Another advantage of roll-forming is the ability to recycle used materials. This ensures that the raw materials keep their value.
The roll-forming process is suitable for a wide variety of metals, which ensures that our metal profiles can be used for various applications. In addition, the metal can be processed in different ways during this process. We are able to punch and perforate our metal profiles. It is also possible to make holes and slots in the roll formed profiles.
